Agree that the numbers look far too low.
OP, if you logged using bootmod3, go to the datalogs screen, click on the drop down menu at the far right of the log, click share link, it will open a pop up tab (make sure you disable 'block popups' in your browser) and copy and paste the link of that pop up tab. EDIT: saw you didn't log with bootmod3 for the dyno runs, but any logs from another time are better than no logs.

Those numbers are low. A stage 2 PWG stock turbo should be at least 340-350+ on pump gas. I did quite a bit more on my last dyno with the stocker so I'm even being conservative.

Boost and timing look decent, at least acceptable and on par. I don't like how WGDC is at 100% up top and boost is only 11 psi or so. Seems like the turbo is overworking quite a bit, possibly a boost leak. PWG turbo should only be in the ~70s or so on S2.

I'm not an N55 guy, but I don't see anything out of the ordinary that would lead to low power numbers, but hopefully someone will come up with something for you.

Can you get dyno graph in STD smooth 5 correction factor? I see you have uncorrected... was it very hot that day?

Yeah I can request that to the dyno shop. Actually no, it was about 55 but inside it does get hot sure, after I think 4th run, car was heat soaked but either way, we didn't make more than 315 and lowest 302
