Hope someone can help...

Ever since my car was due a brake fluid change (date on idrive 07/2018 & completed last week at dealers), the phone book on my personal phone doesn't update with the numbers.

Works ok with my work phone, I can't connect two phones so have to toggle between the two on the bluetooth menu.

All it shows is 'service', nothing under my phone book. It rectified itself when I disconnected the pairing & added it again but has now gone back to 'service'.

The service number rings the dealership. Any ideas??

Did you remove the phone from car and remove the car from your phone, then turn the phone off and back on again before re-pairing?

Bizarrely I had this after resetting the brake service thing myself once I’d replaced my discs and pads. As Teaston says an unpair and re pair fixed the issue
