More current comparison of lines and suspension options
The sticky at the top that compares the contents of the various F30 lines is from 2016. Now, there is also a shadow sport line and there have been changes. I need to find what exactly is included in each. Cosmetic and function. The Shadow Sport line is $1000 more; are differences only cosmetic? I will be stuck doing a special order because I will never find a 340 with XDrive and 6MT in any sort of configuration I want.
Also, when going through the build-your-own on the bmwusa site, there is never an adaptive suspension option. Is it standard now? Gone? Thanks |

BMW online configurator for North America just plain sucks.
The 2018 sticky is here: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1393172 You can download the 340i PDF and then start comparing codes... |

thanks. I've seen that guide from 7/2017.
There seems to be no way to get a build ID without the online configuration screens. There are notes with no explanation, like shadow sport has seats that are cloth and leather. There are just things that don't quite fit. |
