Remove Center Console/Armrest?

Does anyone have instructions for removing the rear section of the center console (armrest, etc.)?

Count me in for needing the same - logged on to post this! I ordered all the parts to do the euro sliding armrest conversion. Worst case, will have to figure it out myself, but I'll definitely document it if so.
