I took it to the dealer and they said the iDrive 8.5 system so I guess I'll just live with it for now.

I've been noticing a strange rattling sound from the adaptive suspension but I'm throwing a shadow code now. Make sure to scan for shadow codes, sometimes they don't trigger the CEL.
