Custom hidden sub box with Amp mount - F30

Update - Completed. Check out the pics!

I'm making a 10" enclosure, fiberglassed into the storage compartment under the trunk floor. 0.5-0.75 cuft. Includes a spot for mounting an amp, all completely hidden.

Any interest? will post pics this weekend.

I will hopefully post pics this week, but with a 2nd birthday party and inlaws coming.... doing my best.

Any other interest? I think the pricepoint would be ~$350 for an empty enclosure, $400 shipped. ish.

Bump?

Just need to carpet it, fill with polyfill, wire it up, and screw everything in and test it.

I applied fiberglass resin to the entire exterior surface, so it's basically waterproof now, as it lives in the trunk.

I will be making another one, similar, but fiberglassing directly to the trunk liner, and will post a new thread on that build.

This is a $500 box, about 0.625 cuft volume, and can fit one 10" or 2 8" subs, within 5.5" mounting depth give or take.

Fun part is next, stepped MDF top with amp mount

MDF top will have a recessed spot for the amp to live, all completely under the factory hinged floor, totally hidden and out of the way.

Amp is about 18" from the battery leads also, making amp install a snap

Are you looking to sell this enclosure? This is exactly what I'm looking for.

Quick update everyone. I am doing my next box slightly different. I bought a used cargo trim piece and will fiberglass directly to it so I dont have to do as much Fiberglass work. I'll post pics, let me know if anyone else is interested.

Will fit (1) 10", or (2) 8" subs, and can also have an amp mounting spot or not.
