2014 F30 BMW 335I MSPORT Lease Assumption (Irvine CA)

Hey Everyone,

Two years old, I leased this Alpine White/Coral Red interior 2014 BMW F30 335i MSPORT (19" wheels). The current payoff on the car is roughly $38,000.00, which is low considering the car costing roughly $56,000.00. Lease ends February 14th 2017.

The mileage on the vehicle is currently at 28,000 (10k a year). Although, the lease comes with 15,000 a year (This should give you leverage on being able to get out of the lease early or not owing anything at the end). Great condition. Constantly washed and waxed/clay barred. Even though I have become addicted to this ultimate driving machine, I have been offered a long term career position in Colorado and would like to get something more suitable for the mountains.

I have signed to a three year lease/warranty, 15,000 miles per year, with a $600.00 payment. Warranty also covers oil changes, break pads, etc.. I am ultimately looking for someone to take over my lease. BMW has told me that this process is so much easier than obtaining a lease from them and that pretty much anyone is able to get approved in the process of transferring a lease.

I am as open as a dealership would be to you in regards to test drives, only with no trying to hustle you. Please see below for details on the MSPORT package and what it has to offer, as well as pictures. You can contact me via call or text at (909)800-2051. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY.

Specs:
306 horsepower
0-62mph: 5.5s
7.2/7.9 liters/100 km (35.8/39.2 mpg imperial) (23/33 US MPG)
186g/km CO2 emission

This car does not have ACC. Not only is the radar module missing on the front, the button on the driver side left inside the car is missing.

Post #1 says it does which is why I questioned it.

You are apparently seeing same thing I am.

One wonders what else on the list is incorrect?

No lane change or lane departure as there are no controls for it under the headlight switch, and no surround view as there is no camera button above the PDC button near the gear shift

Pretty hard to be a bigger liar than a Dealer, but this individual manages to do it.
