Question about the UUC and DSSR

Unfortunately, i recently found out that I can't get the DSSR portion of this upgrade since I have an XI.

What I'd like to know is, from someone out there who has ONLY the shift kit from UUC, if it's a huge difference. I read the review that said the ssk and dssr are a huge difference. The biased salesman of cours told me "90% is the shifter" but I'd like to hear from someone with experience, any adivce would be appreciated! Thanks

Yes, most of it is just the shifter arm itself.
