New member, new car and a question

Hi, recently signed up as I've had on order an f31 335d. I managed to get it registered 31/3 (phew!) and I was limited to what the dealer already had on order.

Got it with msport plus pack, comfort pack and professional media, it's in estoral blue. I know it's a bit of a common colour but it's always been a favourite of mine and a much change from black and grey cars I've had previously.

A lot to like, I'm finding buttons and features all the time, but I have a quick question. When I go into the online media, I get taken through a registration page which asks me to select a media provider. If I select one, can I later go back and change this, or is it a once only thing?

Think my media provider was set up when I got the car.

Maybe take it back for a BMW Genius to set it up for you?

Welcome mate, great choice of car. Mine was set up when I picked it up too, many call your dealer.

I don't believe you can. I've signed up with Deezer now but originally I tried Napster on the 3 months for £1 offer on the iDrive.

Happy with Deezer and you can also use the same login on your phone and Laptop - so it's easy to set up playlists etc.

Also, it brings out the quality of HK sound system compared to a cabled iPhone.

Cheers, I'm comfortable setting it up, it's just a case of click on one or the other - it's showing the 3 year subscription. I just wasn't sure if I picked one, that'd be the one I'd be stuck with - sounds like that is the case.

Will have to research which better suits my music taste
