Anyone have a good economical source for custom made ODB2 to RJ45 cables?

Before someone gives an eBay or Amazon link, I want to do something non-standard, thus the custom part of this question.

I built mine using this schematic, category A standard. ebay OBD II connector, ebay cat6 cord and plug, radio shack 511 ohm/.6w resistor. Easy peasy.

green/white goes to pin 3
green goes to pin 11
orange/white goes to pin 12
orange goes to pin 13
ground pin 4 & 5 (i used brown wire)
511 ohm resistor between pin 16 and 8

I need a custom build. Something more complicated.
