Just picked up some black light radiant finish car wash and black light hybrid glaze sealant.

With the heat here, I have no hope of being able to hand-glaze or hand-wax my car until near Christmastime. But I might want to pick some stuff up now. What's everybody's opinion of CG's Wet Mirror Finish Glaze and their Cherry Wet Wax for a light-colored car?

I have the wet mirror glaze and it's fantastic stuff.

cg is a massive marketing company not a detailing company imho. they have a very select few products that people like, but as a whole there are better performing brands. just don't expect a homerun from everything they sell and do your homework!

Meguiars, Duragloss, 3D, Mother's...the list can go on and on. CG has very poor consistency with their products and they make five versions of the same thing and no one has any idea which one to use because they are just pumping the marketing dollars. Meguiars actually explains all their various versions and what type of detailer should use what/when/where, for example.

Also CG isn't Turtle Wax cheap either. You might pay a couple dollars more and get into Optimum/CarPro level of product line depending on the product.

I buy the small sizes to test out what I like - I think cg innovate often and that's why there seems to be overlap. But I enjoy other lines as well. I also listen to the pros on here who have suggested lesser priced options and have had great success with their suggestions.
