Tyre change time, 340i 18" non RFT.
Hey guys..
So my F31 340i is due a rear tyre change, probably early summer. (I'm perparing early so I can find some deals) Its currently on 255/40 18" Pirelli PZero NON run flat.. Which I dont have any real worries with. I hear things about the MPSS, are they worth a swap over the PZero's? Are the '4' version the all season ones? I don't track it, the missus drives it 90% of the time and I'm hardly an aggressive driver in the bends. Any suggestions.?

I can vouch for Michelin '4S'. They are fantastic in wet and dry. |

Maybe just opt for the Pilot sport 4 and not the '4S' still an excellent tyre, Goodyear F1 asymmetric 3 or 5 is a great tyre also.
Personally I would choose either of the above over the P Zero, excellent grip and longer lasting. |

I would go with the best deal between the top brands you find locally .... Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, etc and you should be fine. They are all really good and test out close to each other.

Won’t get Michelin 4S as they’re only 19”. At 18” either the standard 4 or perhaps the new Goodyear super sport which is their equivalent to the 4S and gets lots of plaudits for wet handling.
