Car audio all of a sudden will not work.. Reset Idrive?

I just got my car back after it's been in the shop for about 4 weeks and now my audio won't work at all. Should I reset the idrive? If so, how can I reset it?

Thanks guys

Push and hold the volume button and the CD eject button for about 10 seconds.

I figured out that this is going to be a "go to the dealer" issue so I've given up.. Thanks for the help though
