usb retrofit help please

sorry for the noob question guys but i really don't get all the electronic jargon and info. can someone just tell me straight up w/ not too much complication of there is a usb retrofit for an 07 e92 with logic 7 and navi?

i know there is a kit but idk the difference btwn the business and pro nav and all that complex stuff. i just wanna be able to plug in a flash drive and use it for music.

USB retrofit is a no. There is an ipod retrofit, but it puts an ipod plug in the glovebox.
