Is this offset going to fit?
Guys -
Am struggling with the wheels selection. Have found an awesome looking set of replica wheels but not sure about the offset and whether it'll fit on my E92 335i M-tech (M tech is to emphasise that it's lowered a bit compared to a standard one - I think). OK, so it's going to be a staggerred setup with the following fitment in the rear: 9.5x19 / ET28. And just to add that I'm planning on putting 265/30 tires on 'em. Am I going to hit the rubbing issue? As an alternative they also offer ET40 - hope I'll be safe with this one, but I like the look of a lower offset much better... Thanks a bunch! |

Those looks like some awesome M5 reps, and they would be perfect for the e90/91. But the e92 has a little less room under the rear fenders. I've read that ET33 is the safest offset for the e92. But there's people with e92 running ET25, so you you probably need to roll the fenders.

Thanks Kenny. And how about the strut side with ET40? If I don't go down the path of using spacers will there be any rubbing?

I wonder if it's the same reps as these on this e91??
And what is the spec for the front wheels? http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58144

Just a pity it won't fit on the coupe. I'll go with ET40's then - just that it won't look as good as that wagon in the thread above... |
