Exclamation WOW.. doors not unlocking...???

Anybody have or dealt with this issue before??
Seems that when I press the unlock button with my key fob, all the lights light up but the doors DO NOT unlock! Instead, I can see my mirrors tilting by themselves So, I literally have to pull the key out of my key fob and manually open the driver's side door. There's no way I can open the passenger doors, not even from the inside. Talked to Bobby@BVX and said may be a known issue. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

never heard about this but sounds like you need to go to dealer and not waste time asking about how to fix this on your own. Most liekly some cpu flash needed.

It's happened to me twice. There are 3 fuses that manage the door lock system. Any one or a combination of blown fuses will render the system useless. The problem arises when one of the four actuators is defective. The dealer has replaced two of my actuators on as many separate visits. Seems like everything is cool now. Fingers crossed...

Take it into the dealer so they can measure the amperage of each door lock actuator to figure out which one/s are defective.

Update: Got it fixed through warranty at the dealer! This is known to be a common problem, so the manager said a recall will be in effect pretty soon!
