255/225 or 265/235?
Going to be running 19x8.5ET35 in the front and 19X9.5ET40 in the rear with about a 1 inch drop on my 2017 f32
Anyone have any opinion on which tire size combination will be better? |

My alloys are the same and I ran the old 225/255 when I first got them and didn't like the stretch and lack of tyre protection. Swapped to 235/265 and they look much better. I also ended up going up a profile size though to reduce noise and chance of bending them on a pot hole.

245/40/19(26.7")=275/35/19(26.6") is the tallest combination you could do based on your +35 and +40 offset. the links below show an F36 with these sizes however the front offset is 2mm more aggressive and rear is 3mm less aggressive than what you have. he describes the front as having 1mm of clearance from rubbing the fenderwell liner at full lock. at +35/+40, 245/40 will have more clearance to the front liner but 275 rear will have less clearance, potentially closer to rub under compression.
