How can I reliably make my f30 328xi faster what are the steps and process I have to go through and how much would it cost me to do such build. I plan on doing exterior mods first and then into the engine. Not alot of videos on YouTube on how to make a 328xi faster.

What are you talking about? There are hundreds of videos on software/tune flashing and hardware/bolt-on mods. A stage 1 tune usually is a good starting point and depending on how much you want to spend, you can go crazy!
