NYC Aotobody Shop Recommendations?

Someone I know is looking for good recommendations for a shop near NYC that can fix a small stretched former side dent (paintless dent removal was already done and now there is a slight stretching of the metal) without needing to cut out that piece? Ideally someone can smooth it over with heat and then re-paint it. Thank you

What kind of car? Is he willing to pay for a quality repair? If so, J&B Body Works in Mount Vernon. Been going there for 5 years, wouldn't trust anybody else with my car. Let me know if you want a referral.
