2014 335i Blue. Auto. M sport.
2014 BMW 335i Sedan, rear wheel drive, automatic transmission, Blue with black interior. I have the title. The Michelin pilot sport 4s tires are all in good condition. Car has Harmon Kardon sound system. I purchased this car in September 2021 from a Toyota dealership in Cedar Park, Texas with about 89,550 miles. The car presently has 92,329 miles(may go up slightly). Since taking ownership of the car the following work has been done to the car: 9/25/2021 – 89,760 miles Transmission fluid and filter change using ZF brand fluid and filter from TheCTSC.com. 11/22/2021 – 90,235 miles Front rotors and brake pads changed. Rotors came from FCPeuro and pads are EBC Red stuff. 11/30/2021 – 90,264 miles New engine air filer installed from FCPeuro. 1/11/2022 – New water pump and thermostat from FCPeuro. 1/12/2022 - New Spark Plugs and coil packs from FCPeuro. 1/12/2022 – Replaced Serpentine Belt, Tensioner and Idler Pulley from FCPeuro. 2/9/2022 - Coolant hose flange replaced with Aluminum unit from FCPeuro. Coolant filled with BMW coolant from FCPeuro and distilled water. Coolant system bled. 2/20/2022 – Differential oil changed with Red Line GL-5 and new plug installed from FCPeuro. 7/8/2022 – 90,915 Engine Oil Changed using Penzoil Ultra Plantinum Euro 5W40 and new filter. Car was stored inside a heated garage during winter and was not driven. I have personally done all the work on the car. During the winter I also installed the following parts purchased from N54tuning.com. VRSF 6.5” intercooler VRSF charge pipe CTS Turbo Catted Down Pipe (I had the down pipe ceramic coated locally at Race Coatings LLC) BM3 91 octane tune. I also replaced the windshield cowl cover purchased from FCPeuro and the driver’s door interior pull handle which is known to get sticky and come apart. The front under undercar shield was also replaced with a genuine BMW part from FCPeuro. I may have missed a couple of things but that is a pretty comprehensive list of what I’ve done to the car since owning it. I have all receipts in email form. The car runs and drives very well. It is a pleasure and thrill to drive. But, as you can see from the mileage I just don’t get it out enough to justify keeping it. It has been a great toy but it’s time for someone else to enjoy it and benefit from all the work I’ve put into it. Car gets impressive gas mileage. On the one road trip I took the car on from Minneapolis to Milwaukee in July 2022, the car averaged 34mpg. I will mention here the known flaws on the car. The valve cover gasket weeps a tiny amount of oil. I have the gasket I just haven’t got around to changing it. The windshield has some scratches on the passenger side that were not disclosed to me when I purchased the car (sight unseen). They do not impair visibility of the driver and I believe the majority could be buffed out by a glass professional but some are deep enough to catch your finger nail. I believe replacing the windshield is likely the only way to eliminate all the scratches. The center console leather arm rest has some peculiar scuffs in the leather. I have cleaned used leather cleaner and conditioner on the scuffed area with no improvement. The car looks better than the miles suggest but it does have the occasional chip, scratch and scuff you would expect with a well kept used car. I have a PDF of the CarFax report from when I purchased the car in 2021 if perspective buyers are interested. Car needs washed and vacuumed then I’ll post more pictures.
