Plastic weld tool?
Hey guys, I need to replace the arm rest on my door panel and was wondering if there was some tool out there to replicate the plastic welds seen on the picture attached. Thank you

I had to do this on my E90 to replace the door pull that got sticky. I bought a plastic weld kit from harbor freight for like $15. Once you get the old one off place the new one in and the plastic pieces that stick through you melt and squish down almost like a rivet. It held sturdy as long as I owned the car.

I recently bought the same kit that mhowanic linked and it worked well. It's literally a cheap soldering iron with a flat attachment. It comes with way more welding rods than pictured and a little goes a long way.
