Screen upgrade to 8.8 and touchscreen if possible?

I just got a 2018 (7/17 build) 328d F31. It has what I think is the 6.5 screen. I want to upgrade to the 8.8 and preferably with touchscreen capabilities. The head unit is ENAVEVO (whatever that means) and looks like the pics below.

Can I get a used touchscreen off eBay, pop it in and (with some coding I presume) get it to work? Or do I need to get a newer/upgraded head unit, too?

If not, can I upgrade to 8.8 non-touchscreen with just coding?

realoem.com - see what 8.8 is listed for your car and just get that. touch could be compatible - just see what is listed and go from there.
