Best Catted Downpipe for B58
I previously bought a vrsf high flow downpipe. The cat was really bad and it clogged and then melted. I don't want to go catless but what other high-flow downpipes should I look at, ones that won't melt lmao.

CG precision is another good one that's CEL free. If you have lots of cash I believe Akra makes one too.

Bought an ER one and haven't had any CEL's. Been fine for the last 3-4 years, while running BM3 Stage 2 (burbles disabled).

Nope, I don't use the BM3 CEL suppression. It just hasn't thrown any CEL's. Previously the VSRF one would throw a CEL every day going to work.

VRSF, cheap and does the intended job at a high quality.
Throw a tune on their with BootMod3 and you will never get a CEL or worry about burbles if you don’t want them. |

Almost every single DP besides fabspeed, AA, and CG precision will eventually throw a CEL. ER is hit or miss, but even if it doesnt throw a CEL, it will generally not get the catalyst monitor ready. If you need the catalyst monitor to be ready for emissions, only get one of the first 3. In either case i would recommend one of those three so you can do it once and do it right.

AA for the win imo. Ran an ER for a while but the AA is far superior in towards of build quality and performance.

+1 on the CG precision. I was running a catless VRSF but I didn't like the smell in my garage. I didn't notice any loss of power switching from catless to the CG DP.
