Weird "ticking" noise on cold start when pressing on the gas pedal

Any idea what this noise could be (listen as I press the gas)? Happens on a cold start. Took it to the dealership mechanics and they're apparently at a loss. Showed them this same exact video and they can't hear it when they drive and with that in mind wouldn't know where to start as far as pinpointing the actually issue. Diagnostics for the car show up as fine. I'm in a 2023 330i xDrive. Car is practically brand new with ~3Kmi on it. |
