I drive a 6MT but my understanding is xHP just allows tuning of shift points and removes torque restrictions? ...so yeah you'll be able to apply power a bit better (I have no experience in how much better).
But I would think the more aggressive tune of the Stage 2 as well as opening your breathing system actually creates more power...

But again, your question makes no real sense. Better for what? You have no background info... 🤷🏻
