I would pick the home in San Diego or Bromley. I love Florida but the house in San Diego just looks absolutely stunning, and if you can afford the taxes you'd have to pay in England that would be a fun place to live too.

I did not realize Ebay was a popular method of purchasing real estate for individuals with $2-7M budget. Maybe you should stay where you are and buy something more exotic than 335i.

@ this thread.

ooops. Sorry...maybe you should be asking mom and dad this question instead of this forum. Good luck moving with.

It's a great time to purchase those homes especially when you get your $8k tax credit back. That alone will pay for the maid service for a month.

They are just regular homes massively built by builders...post some custom architect homes and we'd be more interested...

I'll start, something like this

The San Diego one is hot, but I would _love_ the one in England. Talk about a great place to live in and use as your home base for exploring all of Europe.

Too bad I don't believe you're legit.

I love checking out ebay for amazing homes. I already saw most of those haha. Although i highly doubt the mansions gain much exposure to real buyers on ebay.

If you can afford those homes you won't be getting that tax credit.

You only get the full 8k if your adjusted gross income is below $75k. Once your AGI is over $95k you don't qualify for any portion of that credit.
