I guess it was an interpretation of a superstar/celebrity's life and how easy one can be caught in this crazy, glamorous and pretentious lifestyle. Even someone like Kanye can fall trap to this world and believing everything around him but some of it is fake (like the sex scene... he thought he was having sex with a hot chick but in reality had sex with a pillow). In the end, he knows the root of his demise and rids the inner demon killing him.

I think its his way of trying to tell the world that he is waking up from the bullshit of an asshole hes been recently and hes guna revert back to the old kayne west when he first started

I think it makes perfect sense to use the drunk scenes like that. Only some1 thats mentally fucking drunk, like in a fucked up drunken state of mind would belittle another artist publicly to boost another artist's ego, only to fuck shit up for himself and Beyonce. Any reasonably sane person knows that saying the shit he did will no way in help help Beyonce's album.
