Fitting E46 Style 88 wheels on 2006 325i?

I have searched, but am still unsure as to the answer...

I have a set of Style 88 BMW wheels for sale, that were fitted for winter on a 2003 325ci.
They are 7x16 with a 47 offset I believe.

Someone wants to buy them to put on a 2006 325i, which I think requires a 34 offset.

From what I can tell, this would mean that the wheels would stick out 13mm on the sides. I am unsure however about brake clearance.

Has anyone fit similar E46 16in wheels on a 325i? (type 88 in particular?)

Thanks for the help!!!

No they will stick in 13mm, not out. Can be fixed with spacers

hmmm... that's not what the calculator says at the top... maybe I'm not using it right...

It would be nice to have visual confirmation (ie someone else has these on an E90), but chances of that are slim I guess...

If you have a wheel thats 7x16 Et 47 and a wheel thats 7x16 ET 34, the 7x16 ET 47 will stick in 13mm more then the 7x16 ET 34.
