Springs

I have a basic e90 lci without sports package. Is it possible to install sport springs on my suspension? Thanks in advance.

Yes, but not advisable if you care about ride quality. It'll be lower but your non sport oem shocks will be compressed beyond the point they were designed to be and the ride will likely be bumpy. Basically the dampening capabilities of your shocks are not matched up to the spring rate of the lowering springs. At a minimum you might want to get your hands on a set of sport shocks...but if you're going that far, you might as well buy aftermarket shocks or get a basic coil kit with just height adjustability.

If no codes are being thrown use Chevron Techron fuel injector cleaner (concentrate). It solves rpm fluctuating upon cold start-up. Also, for most BMW problems start off by scanning your car with the Peake Research Tool. It contains the actual BMW codes. If you want to register a newly installed battery for free (just buy a $10 cable) and google/download BMWLogger

You shouldn't have issues if you bring the car in for service with just a spring upgrade. Given that it's a lease, you don't have to worry about long term shock life either which is a plus.
