ID this sway bar (Pic)

Got my car up on the lift to see if I could get a name off the sway bars that are causing problems on my car...couldn't see anything. Here's a pic I snapped, but haven't found any in this finish (light silver) looking at vendors websites. Anyone have any ideas? (Totally slipped my mind to measure diameter - sorry)

Thanks, Brian

Based on color alone, I have ruled out:

Eibach (red)
Hotchkis (blue/gray or red)
H&R (black)
RDSport (green)

The only one I've found that is similar in color is the UUC...odd I would be having problems since I usually hear great things about UUC

My UUC is grey..... Problems? What problems? My endlink basically shattered once and I had a bushing come loose, but that was because a moron (i.e. me) installed it.

It is audibly hitting my tie rod and once warmed up becomes very squeaky, this is the only aftermarket suspension component so I am hoping switching to the M3 bar will alleviate this.

Lube the bushings.... Also, I think I remember hearing that a lot of people install them upside down by accident somehow?

Yea I read that too, but only the rear (not saying it's impossible to do the front upside down just I haven't come across it)

Lubing the bushing may help the squeaking but the main factor is the knocking against the tie rod - this may not be terrible but can't be good. I've already ordered a new front bar so that's all moot, just curious to see if anyone knew what this one was - maybe it will have a stamping once I take it off.

Agreed. Looks like the UUC bar. You will find the rear to be too stiff and may want to go with something a bit smaller.

The M3 convertible front bar may be a good choice with the UUC rears on the softest setting.

How easy is it to adjust the rear settings?

Please let me know if my thought process is flawed. I'm putting on the M3 front bar, which assuming it's softer, will increase increase grip at the front relative to the rear and the car will have more of a tendency to oversteer?

You are right, removing the larger UUC front bar and installing the smaller or softer M3 bar will increase front end traction. How it will affect the balance of the car depends on other suspension mods and alignment settings as well.

Other than the sways I have regular ZSP suspension, after I change the bar I will get an alignment. I guess I'll just have to wait and see
