Question for those of you who has an iPhone 4.

When I press the lock button it takes about .5 sec - 1 sec for the screen to turn on. The screen turns off faster than when I try to turn it on with the lock button. Is this normal or the screen should turn on instantly?

With my old 3G. top power button slowly went dead. Response kept slowing down and then it stopped working at all. I had to make sure battery never drained all the way. I let it die once and it didn't turn on again. Apple didn't have a fix.

Restart your phone, see if it helps.

I just tried mine. Yes, it takes about 1/2 a second to turn on. I guess I never noticed the 1/2 second lag, nor will I notice it moving forward.

Mine has been running like ass since i upgraded to 4.1 and jailbroke it. Most of the Installous apps crash on start and refuse to run. 4.0.1 was much smoother.

but yeah, there is 1 second delay when i turn on the screen.
