iPhone (T-Mobile) MMS Help...

for those with iphone 3g/3gs models and ios4 on t-mobile, what settings do you have for mms? i can send but can't recieve. i get a text saying something about file resolution/restriction.

help much appreciated.

thanks for the link but that doesnt work either. i googled and tried like 5 different setups and still can't recieve mms...
