335d remap

Hello,

i've just bought a 335d m sport 57 plate with 11000 miles on the clock, i was planning a remap by remaps uk in cheshire, anybody used them and is it worth the money.Also planning on upgrading the wheels to 18" or 19" m3 wheels, i work for Michelin tyres so was hoping to run on either 245/40/18s all round or 245/40/19 front & 265/35/19 rear using pilot super sports. any advise would be great. ta

Not got it done personally but do a search for Evolve on here and you'll hear good things. I hope to have mine done sometime over the summer

Actually, to balance that I have read of two Evolve customers on this forum reporting problems with Evolve in as many months.

Unexpected error codes for one, and new lag/throttle issues was the other.

i would keep the staggered set up .....rear wheel drive cars definitely need larger tyres at the back!...

I would also keep a staggered set up, do 235 fronts, 265 rears. Get the 19's they look better.

Don't worry about ride quality, must be me but i run non runflat vred wintrac 225 all round 17's in the winter and 19's runflat in the summer. The 17's have a softer feel but the ride is still bumpy because of the suspension. Makes no odds to me. I know for sure i lost a lot of precision on soft rubber and the square 225 setup seems to have less traction and maybe less stability.

Best case, 235 front, 265 rear, 19s non runflat.

Coupe or Saloon?
