Wheel bearing or Balance??

Hi all,

I\'m new to the thread and new to BMW. I have an e90 325xi and my concern is this. At highway speed of around 65 mph, I get a slight vibration, slight pull to right, and a noise that\'s sounds just like a flat spot on a tire. However, at times it also sounds like the grinding of a wheel bearing. My only concern is, some folks have mentioned front transfer case being a noisy culprit and the work to change out a bearing if needed. How hard is the bearing swap and has anyone else had a similar issue like this?
