Would you ever...?

So I've been curious about something but never got around to asking what people think. I just remembered it recently and thought I should post a poll to see what you guys feel about a certain topic.

Would you take back someone who's cheated on you?

I believe relationships are a sensitive/popular topic and I understand that people might have different opinions. However, I'm curious how you guys feel about this particular issue. This is just for fun btw. lol

Edit: if possible please elaborate on your answer too.

You want to say no, but only until you're in it would you know what to do.

IMO it depends on so many factors at the moment you find out... such as if you have a family, if the relationship is already going down the drain, or how your life/general situation is going (happiness, financial stability, etc.). As far as I know, the reason most people cheat is because they are not receiving the attention they feel they deserve.

I would personally not take them back, but under rare situations I would go the extra mile to save the relationship.

I have cheated and been taken back and been cheated on and forgave it. Both relationships went down the drain eventually.

Absolutely. I've been married 17 years. Relationships have their ups and downs. What matters the most us how she treats me. People are fallible and make mistakes. No mistake is unforgivable. To me, this is unconditional love.

Depends on the situation depending on how you feel about the person and whether or not you think she'll do it again that said most likely no.

You established a high level of trust with her the first time around, with a clean slate. Try establishing that level of trust again the second time around, with her having taken it upon herself to hurt you and break your trust.

Only exception would be in marriage, and a very lengthy marriage at that.

No!!!! It's a good reason for divorce from fault on the partner, so you need not give her 50% of joint property, optionally an agreement, and children can be with you

I somewhat agree with this statement. It's true that some things are forgivable. However, such things as cheating is on another level IMO. Personally I would be scared because it's always going to hang in the back of my mind. That makes me wonder if I would ever be able to trust that person again. Of course it depends on the individuals involved but for the most part people would say no.

No. I don't think you can truly trust someone again if they cheat on you, and without trust you're doomed to failure and or misery.

You mean massive body roll, a steering system that is not connected to the front wheels, and the engine note played through the speaker system?!?!?!?!
