Need help with tire size for 40mm and 45mm offset

I have found a nice set of wheels for my E92 and am not sure about getting them because of the offset. They are 19x8.5 with 40mm offset and 19x9.5 with 45mm offset. I plan on putting on a set of Michelin PS2 tires but I am very confused as to what size I should get to avoid any problems. I have the sport suspension with no plans to lower the car at this time Any suggestions for a tire size would be greatly appreciated. I have searched but nott finding anything on this setup.
Thanks!

Yes they are V715. Who makes a good spacer that will hold up and last? Also what size tires would you recommend on that setup? Originally had planned to go with 235/35front and 265/?rear, but not sure. Thanks for the spacer idea.
