The Ordering of my 2013 BMW 335i M-Sport>>>>>>>

I decided to document the ordering of my 335i M-Sport - you can read about it by click here to see the entry on my blog site. I thought documenting the experience might be of some help to the community.

My baby is on a cargo ship due to arrive in the US yet this week. I'll be doing a follow up post documenting the delivery experience!

Cool read, good luck on the delivery! Always neat to hear everyone's experiences and enthusiasm through the process. I read a ton of them as I waited for my car, if anything it built excitement for my own delivery.

I ordered on 4/20 and took delivery on 6/12. First time I've ordered a BMW and it was tough to wait. I developed quite an obsession tracking it

Congrats on your new ride arriving soon! I also ordered from a local Dayton dealer. 'Placed' the order on 1/2/13. Didn't pick the car up until mid April. Around 100 days to get my 335i MSport into our garage. The waiting was rough but now that we have it the car has exceeded expectations so no real complaints here. I've been thoroughly enjoying early saturday and sunday drives out into south eastern Ohio (I try to sneak out around sunrise or a little earlier, take a 4 hour drive and be back in time to start the day with the wife and boy). There are some great twisties in those parts. Really gives me a high level of appreciation for this car/drivetrian/chassis setup.

I actually forgot to take any good pics during delivery. I took a pic with my old 135i for nostalgia at the dealership and one when I got home with my iPhone.

Really like the new wheels - so much better than what is on my 2011 white 335i.

The car is now docked in Charleston, SC!!! Hopefully not more than a week until I get it!!
