Is it only for returning BMW lessees?

Is it $500?

Is it available to all customers at any point during the year?

There are some other threads about this... but here are a few bullet points that I figured out from talking to my CA and calling BMWFS and asking them questions:

1) You are eligible for up to $500 towards your first months payment on the new lease. So, if your payment is $460, you'll only get $460.

2) You must be returning a leased BMW to the same dealer where you are picking up your new BMW. (Confirmed this with BMWFS and my CA)

3) Vehicle must be financed, leased or ordered within 30 days of returning the previous vehicle.

Thank you. This is my first lease on a new BMW, so I don't qualify. Just trying to straighten it out. The fine print didn't seem to explicitly differentiate between returning lessee or not.
