Is this price with or without negotiating? Looks really good, and the money factor is pretty low.

Do you know someone at the dealership? I'm not an expert on pricing, but it seems like a very good deal.

Is this F30 new or have some miles on it?

Garage List
I just leased (same terms, except my MF was .00127) a 328i m sport with MSRP of $51,300 and have a payment of $451. I ended up with a selling price of roughly $45,300 (about $2k under invoice) and only put $1000 down (the deposit). Same 3 rebates. Had VA not increased its tax rate by 1% while the car was being built, the payment would have been $437 - same as yours. They also threw in the CF spoiler, shifter, and black grilles (granted they screwed up the order and ordered 8AT instead of 6MT)

In my opinion, you're getting a great deal, but I think there is room to negotiate a bit more. My car is $1500 more than yours (MSRP). That being said, taxes are the tricky part. NY taxes will be different than VA - VA is 4% of the selling price. If NY taxes are calculated using the lease payment and/or are higher than VA, then it's hard to compare. For instance, if NY taxes are 6% and added to the selling price, then I think our deals are almost identical in real terms.

Did you check your configuration with invoice pricing on bmwconfig? Dealers need to get rid of MY13's, so you have leverage, especially for a stock car. Again, depends on your location and demand, but I think below invoice on MY13 is given at this point.

Overall, $437 for a near $50k car with very little cash down is hard to beat. That's a lot of car for a little cash.

That's a great deal.

I always base my target price on what I would pay if I bought through USAA, my ins. company. USAA's price for that car, as configured, is $44,500... and that includes $1,500 rebate for USAA customers from BMWFS.

So you're paying well below that. Plus your MF is slightly lower than the lowest MF I'm aware of (I just leased through BMWFS at 0.00127).

Are you leasing through BMWFS?
What's your local sales tax rate?

If it were me, I'd take the deal.

Dude this is definitely a good deal. Residual is set in stone, MF is definitely good. Invoice is probably around $46500, and even with incentives it looks like you're paying at invoice, but likely even under invoice.

I'd jump on it.
