i3 sticker shock...

First let me start off by saying I am a fan of the i3, I really am. I wasn't looking forward to see BMW go ahead and build these i-cars... but I was really blown away upon seeing them close up and personal at the Frankfurt Autoshow (IAA) back in September.

Last weekend at a small consumer show in Nurnberg called: Consumenta. I saw an i3 on display. But what was different was this one had a sticker price AND option prices listed. Now the i3 over has a base price of 35K euros. But I did not expect to see an i3 with 10K in options!!!

The price lists for different markets have been published for quite some time.
And in usual bmw style, the options cost a lot. And yes, many options come standard on other brands. But it's the same for all bmw models...
