Center console 3D model
I'm thinking about 3d printing a custom iphone cradle for the change pocket in the center console of my 2011 335d (I don't have an ashtray, just the change or sunglasses pocket). Does anyone have access to a 3D model (STEP, IGS, etc) of the center console, or one of the pocket/ashtray parts (like 51167132376)?
I was going to purchase a spec dock but I don't like holding the iPhone vertically, I was thinking of creating a mount that holds it horizontally. Another thought would be to create a cradle for the hole where an iDrive knob would normally be.
