Point of Reference for Manufacture Advertised Drop
When shopping for lowering springs they always list an approximate drop for their springs. Given there are multiple OEM suspension configurations (Sport Suspension, etc.) what do these aftermarket companies use as a reference?
Like most owners I have the Sport Package ZSP with 704 M sport suspension which I'm learning is one in the same. My big question is will I get the full listed drop from an after market spring or less since this is my configuration? Here is how my car currently sits. I basically want to cut my gap in half.

Drop values - are for stock suspension, not sport. But as we know, all e92 have ZSP, then it is stock for E92, anyway you will get drop not as listed by manufacturer. It will be = (promised drop) - 1/2".

That's why I went with ST coilovers. I'm not going to pay $8-900 for shocks/springs that lower .5" when I can go 1-2" and anywhere in between with coilovers
