Business Nav

I know that a lot has been previously written about the changes of MY14 business nav, but has any one taken delivery of car with it installed, is the screen noticeably larger, what's your general thoughts please?

I have a 318d m sport GT coming in 55 days time with it and just wanted a heads up. I have the old system in my 1 series and it meets my needs just fine, hence I didn't upgrade to Pro Nav, plus I didn't want to trade up on my company car allowance.

Mine was built dec 13 and the nav is fine. I thought about pro nav but couldn't justify it, you pretty much get the same, minus 3d and it all works well, there is enough room on the screen for everything

There was no change to screen size itself, just some of the functions within the Business Nav system.

Even then, I think the Bluetooth streaming is the only thing you will notice. Don't think you notice the extra processor speed.

Does MY14 Business Nav come with the touchpad iDrive?

We've got of a new Sport with Bus Nav and it's not got the touchpad or Siri.
I thought both these were standard or have we got a car that was built last year and sat in a field for 6 months?

My April built car with basic Business nav does NOT have touchepad idrive controller. The Nav itself is fine, only thing i miss from 5 series pro nav is the on dash direction arrows.

Think you only get touchpad with the auto box and bus nav, not manual. No idea why but presume they have to clear the shelves in the warehouse...

You can turn the arrows on in the settings

I've never been one for reading the manual or exploring the functions
