You can run the Full 85 tune with stock fueling OR the E20-E30 maps (depending if you are EWG or PWG) with stock fueling.
If your map is set for E20 and you run E40, then your Fueling system will eventually not keep up. There is a reason why the OTS maps are set to a certain E20-E30 limit and you shouldn't go past that!
