I hate humans: another parking thread

I'm out shopping at Costco and park my car way the f&*! away next to a curb. "What a sweet spot" I'm thinking.

I'm walking back to the car feeling victorious because I spent less than the GDP of a small country at the warehouse. But this killed the mood...

Seriously?! I've seen people place carts on curbs and out in the middle of the parking lot, but not in the direct path of a parked car! What level of laziness is needed to do this?

Yeah they were very courteous to keep the cart two feet away from your vehicle, allowing you to actuay maneuver around it.

Assume the two front trolley wheels were put over the kerb to stop it rolling and hitting your car

.. But in the way of you reversing

Why didn't they put the whole trolley over the kerb??

Lazy, inconsiderate fatherless children

Lines in parking lots are seen as only a suggestion, and nobody uses the cart return area. I always park my car the furthest I can. So many disrespectful people out there......

Park as far as you can!

Two benefits:

1. Less cars and chances for getting dinged.

2. Cardio

2.) CAR-diac attack-when some asshole leaves their carts near your car and you just want to punch them in the chest

Drives me nuts. Another peeve is those who leave them in the handicapped spots. Pure laziness, ignorance and stupidity. Makes me hesitate wanting to get a new car. Between traffic and dealing with idiots sometimes seems pointless.

My garage is fairly safe. Mine you - someone could careen off the street and crash into my garage. Or the house could burn down. Maybe an earthquake?

But yes - parking is a bitch!

At least they were courteous enough to rest the front two wheel on curb so the cart won't move, imagine the same scenario with the cart freestanding and it is windy outside.

Can you share the pics of all the damage caused by the shopping cart to justify your whining?

It's not the damage, it's the stupid carelessness of people.
