I just phoned them to find out why my order says "shipped", but no activity on FedEx site.

They said there were some issues on larger items and they have a ton of boxes sitting there waiting to be picked up. At least my stuff wasn't canceled.

This revised offer is an approx 19% discount on floor mats. I nominate this Leith BMW dealership as douche fcking POS dealership of the year ( I believe previously held by Beverly Hills BMW). Not because they cancelled, but because they waited nearly 2 weeks to inform me of the cancellation. I am one person and had my own eBay store for years with over 500 orders per week. If I accidentally offered all my products for 50% and had to cancel them because of a financial hardship, every single person would have got an e-mail that same/next day (even if I lost sleep).

The difference is, they evaluated each order (actually, each SKU) to see if they could honor the discount. This takes time. This deal was posted on multiple coupon/deal forums (in addition to this one) and I'm certain they got thousands of orders. I doubt your average dealer is staffed to handle that sort of load on top of their day2day operations (their on premise sales take priority). Take all of this into account and I don't think 2 weeks is that bad. Would you rather them just cancel all orders the next day or wait 2 weeks and actually have a chance of getting the deal?

Since they made a mistake and couldn't guarantee the 50% they should have taken their time and sent an e-mail right away. I could have received 30% off at my local dealer and 25% off at many other vendors during the black Friday period. Luckily (for me) I really couldn't care less about floor mats, but I do hate poor business ethics.

I remember this thread. I jumped on it, ordered Tire and wheel package MPPK plus other stuff. Everything was cancelled. When it is too good to be true it usually is. Had many conversations with the dealer trying to get them to owner the order, no luck. They were hit so back if they honored all the orders they probably would have ended up in the red for the year.

The best I was able to find is Sun Motor Cars BMW has 25% off all BMW parts and accessories with free 2-day shipping with promo code "SAVE25". If you don't see a part/accessory on their website, just e-mail them and they will get back to you with the price and availability.

They are located in PA. So, if you are out of state, you don't pay sales tax. I've ordered stuff from them before, great parts dept.
