Where do you run the JB4 USB cable?
Hello all,
I may do some logging this weekend, and I was wondering if I should just run the cable to the inside of my car and have it available for whenever I decide to log, etc. Is there a pic or DIY of a location to get into the inside of the car? Also, if I just decide to do some logging and not run the cable, how are people running the usb cable for that? Thanks for your help! Mike |

Thanks for the link.
Better solution - yes. However, I already have the usb cable and am not interested in spending that much for something I'll rarely use. |

I run it through the edge of the hood and into a crack I keep in the window plugged into my computer on my driver side. I start the log from parked then drive immediately.

Yeah it is kind of funky, but the glovebox on the F30 is sealed and pretty hard to access compared to the E90. But running it out the hood and through the window works for a quick log.
