Looking good, Do you have any photos of the sleeves? or how they were installed? do you know if they're parallel or flanged sleeves? I would also recommend having the block resurfaced, looks like there is a slight dent on the deck surface. If you're using the factory MLS gasket you need to make sure Surface of the block is smoother than 60Ra (And for this reason it's why I heavily suggest the Cut Ring HG).
