BM3 E85
Hey all,
So I'll be purchasing BM3 and catless downpipe soon. I'm looking at going full E85 and noted that the BM3 can be utilized with a flex fuel kit. I have some concerns. - Fuel Pump Upgrade (guessing high flow)? - Injectors? - Possible port injection? - Fuel pressure regulator? Just not sure that the stock B48 components can handle the fuel requirements that E85 demands. I wouldn't be fulltime E85, probably running 93 octane 90% of the time due to the harshness of E85 on components/parts. This is why the flex fuel kit coupled with BM3 has caught my attention. Thanks for your feedback. |

hardware wise for b46 gen 1 stock turbo all you need is to install a b58tu hpfp. it bolts on. it bolts on, no tune required.
in your case flex fuel kit to talk to the dme would be ideal as well. a true flex fuel custom tune would be even better.
