How to see all notifications?

My notifications at the top of my page says I have 31 notifications. But when I pull it down I can only see 7 of them. Scrolling by my mouse wheel does not advance my view of them..

How do I see all of the notications?

Closing the recent ones will scroll up the ones that are off screen. You can close each individual notification by moving your mouse to the upper right corner of the notification and clicking on the "X" that pops up.

I thinks you can close each individual notification by moving your mouse to the upper right corner of the notification and clicking on the "X" that pops up.
